Children’s Residential Support Worker – Dorma Cottage, Retford
Department: Residential Location: Dorma Cottage - Retford Compensation: £32,242 - £32,865 / year (Pay rate: £32,242.00 - £32,865 per annum, £13.45 - £13.75/hour. Overtime available at enhanced rate)

About the Role
Hours: 173 hours per month (rotas provided) Shift pattern: Typically 2 days on, 4 days off, including sleep-ins at Dorma Cottage. Our service is 365 days, as children need support every day.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide caring and emotional support to children in a safe, stimulating and nurturing home.
- Be an active, positive role model, promoting education and emotional well-being.
- Plan and facilitate fun, diverse activities that enrich the children’s experiences (e.g., trips, creative pursuits, daily routines).
- Collaborate with a supportive team to maximise the children’s successes.
- Manage the children during sleep-ins, ensuring stability and continuity of care.

Requirements
Essential:
✅ Must hold a full valid UK driving licence. ✅ Legally entitled to work in the UK. ✅ Aged at least 21 (due to DBS regulations).
Employment is subject to:*
