Senior Residential Support Worker – Children's EBD Home
Location: Cannock
Contract: Full-Time – 160 hours per month
Shift Pattern: 2 on, 4 off | Average 8–10 sleep-ins per month
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and compassionate Senior Residential Support Worker to join a 2-bed Children's EBD Home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and wants to play a key role in creating a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support the residential team.
- Provide high-quality care and support to young people.
- Build positive, trusting relationships.
- Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.
- Complete care records, reports, and daily documentation.
- Support positive behaviour strategies and care planning.
- Work collaboratively with professionals and the wider support network.
Requirements
- Experience working in a children's residential setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (Residential Childcare) preferred or currently working towards.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A resilient, caring, and proactive approach.
- Applicants must be aged 21 or over due to the nature of the role.
