Shift Pattern: Weekend Shift- 4 days- Friday & Monday 06:30-15:00/ Saturday & Sunday 06:00-18:30

Albert Bartlett is a family-owned business and the UK's leading supplier of potatoes, committed to producing quality products for customers nationwide. We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join our Chilled Intake team on a weekend shift.

The Role
As a Forklift Driver within our Chilled Intake department, you will play a key role in ensuring raw materials are received, stored and supplied efficiently to support production requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate counterbalance forklifts in accordance with company procedures
- Receive, unload and put away incoming deliveries
- Transfer stock between intake, storage and production areas
- Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Complete daily forklift safety checks and report any defects
- Ensure stock is rotated and stored correctly
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant paperwork or system transactions
- Support inventory accuracy through stock checks and audits
- Adhere to all Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene requirements
- Keep work areas clean, safe and organised

Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse, manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
- Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environments
- Previous experience using warehouse management systems
- Pivot steer or other MHE licences
