Cooks Fish and Chip Shop Team Member (Haven)

About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated Chip Shop Team Member to help busy customers while ensuring exceptional quality and service. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, greeting guests warmly, taking efficient orders, and maintaining the highest food preparation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, fry, and package fish, chips, and other menu items, following quality standards and recipes.
- Strictly follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience—greeting guests efficiently and ensuring they leave satisfied.
- Collaborate with team members to keep service smooth, especially during peak hours.

Requirements
- Previous experience in fast food or customer service is helpful but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
