What are you going to do:
We’re looking for someone to help out as a Sales Assistant for 5 days a week in our cookshops for food lovers over December.
Season is an independent company that's obsessed with helping people enjoy better food at home. If you love good food, spending all day talking to staff and customers about connected subjects is great.
Our Sales Assistants are highly consultative, you'll get to know our customers, and you'll use your expertise (we will teach you what you need to know) to ensure they go home with things they’ll love; giving advice on the best cookware in the world. You’ll learn to work to unusually high standards and will develop your expertise in a friendly, supportive and encouraging team of fellow foodies (and the odd chef).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
