About the Role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll support our rapidly growing ecommerce and advising business. Here, you’ll look for rich opportunities in the way we enable products and services by providing outstanding technical input, inspiration and community understanding for all products and services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Gaining expertise over a broad range of products including cosmetics, fashion, footwear and jewellery- helping customers choose the ones that resonate most with them.
  • Working closely with the customer support and sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Using your consultative approach to offer product recommendations that drive loyalty and growth.
  • Follows up with customers, builds relationships and drives repeat visits.
  • Handle product drop-ship ensuring the store remains beautiful, stocked and optimised.
  • Perform admin tasks such as logging orders/external helpful tracking and ECR updates.
  • Improve biweekly product quality assurance: visually inspect product and subpar points it, inform our team of updates, and ensuring packages are up to scratch for customers and designers.
