What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the Cinema Manager in delivering smooth, memorable cinema operations, including:
- Leading and motivating Cinema Hosts throughout each shift
- Overseeing guest experience across all areas: retail, ticketing, and ushering
- Delivering excellent service during busy showings and peak film releases
- Maintaining high standards across safety, cleanliness, compliance, and food handling
- Running shift briefings and making on-shift operational decisions
- Coaching team members to build skills, confidence, and progression
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and guest satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in leading or supporting teams in hospitality, retail, or fast-paced environments
- A supportive, people-first leadership style
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- High standards of safety, service, and operational delivery
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
- A safe way to travel to and from late shifts
