We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Manager to join our Cinema Management Team. In this exciting role, you’ll take the lead in inspiring and supporting your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maximise sales, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the theatre.

From the moment we open our doors until the final credits roll, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and engaging environment while ensuring every team member enjoys being part of the show.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Core Management Team, you’ll:

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service on every shift.
  • Take ownership of daily cinema operations — from managing guest flow and on-screen presentations to ensuring all compliance and health & safety standards are met.
  • Handle key-holding responsibilities and operate the cinema independently when required.
  • Drive commercial success through smart merchandising, strong product availability, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage cash handling, stock control, and cost efficiency in line with company budgets.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members.
  • Ensure the cinema remains compliant with all legislation, including Food Hygiene, Licensing, BBFC, GDPR, and Health & Safety.
  • Be a visible, proactive leader on the floor, making decisions through the eyes of the guest.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
