We are The Light, providing a unique immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 locations in the UK. We offer a wide range of activities; cinema, bowling, karaoke, darts, mini golf, climbing walls, bars, and kitchens - we have it all!
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Cinema Team Leader to support our cinema team and ensure every guest has a great time with us. If you're passionate about film, love working with people, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect next step for you.
About You
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in cinema
- A friendly and confident people person
- Able to support, motivate, and lead by example
- Great communication and problem-solving skills
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable in a busy environment
- Passionate about film and delivering brilliant service
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service
- Take the lead on shift, helping to coordinate day-to-day operations
- Make sure everything runs smoothly and safely across the cinema
- Help train and support new team members
- Keep things clean, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times
- Step in to handle any issues or guest feedback with confidence and care
