We are The Light, providing a unique immersive experience that surprises and delights our guests across 14 locations in the UK. We offer a wide range of activities; cinema, bowling, karaoke, darts, mini golf, climbing walls, bars, and kitchens - we have it all!
We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Cinema Team Member to join our crew. Whether you're helping guests at the tills, serving snacks, or getting the screens ready, as a Cinema Team Member you’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced team that makes every visit special.
About You:
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Friendly, helpful, and a great team player
- An interest in film and cinema
- Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Reliable and happy to work flexible shifts — including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in fast-paced, customer-facing role requiring comfort with physical work and a dynamic environment
- No experience needed — just bring your energy and a great attitude!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcome and assist guests with a smile
- Serve food, drinks, and snacks from our kitchen and concessions
- Keep all areas clean, tidy, and safe
- Help guests find their screens and settle in for their film
- Work as part of a team to make sure every shift runs smoothly
- Deliver top-notch customer service every time
