Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Producer who has a breadth of experience across multiple game development disciplines. The ideal candidate has cinematic pipeline experience, either as a whole, or working with individual disciplines within the overall cinematic pipeline.
You will work closely with Cinematic Production to support the day-to-day running of the cinematics through the entire development pipeline, working closely with the internal teams and external development partners to ensure milestone goals are delivered.
This role has the potential to grow into a core pillar of production.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day running of their assigned teams, ensuring they are neither blocking, or blocked by, upstream or downstream teams.
- Assess risk promptly, working with your Lead to enact effective mitigations which are communicated across the team quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure clarity of deliverables/goals across all disciplines, not just your own.
- Following established process, disseminate feedback to your team while minimising randomisation.
- Daily project maintenance: bug triage, backlog refinement, unblocking teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
