Cinematography Prompting Specialist (AI Training)

About The Role

We're looking for film-savvy professionals to help shape the future of AI video generation. As a Cinematography Prompting Specialist, you'll watch short video clips and translate what you see into technically precise, structured shot descriptions—the kind of language that helps AI systems understand and replicate the nuances of great cinematography.

This is a rare opportunity to put your eye for visual storytelling to work on cutting-edge AI projects, all from the comfort of your own schedule.

  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: Flexible — work on your own schedule

What You'll Do

  • Watch short video clips and identify key shots, transitions, and visual moments
  • Describe framing, camera movement, blocking, lighting, and composition using precise film language
  • Craft structured prompts that capture the look, feel, and intent of each shot
  • Call out stylistic references and visual influences where relevant
  • Follow internal templates for both shot-level and sequence-level descriptions
  • Provide examples of effective vs. ineffective prompts when needed
  • Maintain consistent terminology, depth, and clarity across all tasks

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
