City Director – Retail Leadership Opportunity

About the Role
Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity?
We are seeking a senior retail leader to join Watches of Switzerland Group as a City Director, responsible for leading our showroom portfolio in Bluewater Shopping Centre. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will:
- Own the performance of multiple high-value showrooms, driving commercial success and delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Lead, coach, and inspire your managers to meet critical KPIs, including profitability, client satisfaction, and operational excellence, whilst embedding our company’s purpose and values.
- Utilise your strong commercial awareness to drive client acquisition, maximise local opportunities, and identify actions to deliver sustainable growth.
- Act as a visible leader by:
- Role-modelling high performance
- Building strong client relationships
- Developing future talent across the team

About You
You will be successful if you have:
- Previous experience as a senior retail leader
- Excellent commercial awareness with a proven track record
- Proven ability to manage budgets effectively
- A natural problem-solving mindset
- Experience in building high-value client relationships
- Strategic thinking with a demonstrated capacity to lead group projects
