Civil Enforcement Officer
Civil Enforcement Officer (Traffic Warden/ Parking Attendant)

This is an opportunity for people who value independence, take responsibility seriously, enjoy working outdoors, and are motivated to make a positive difference in their local community. As one of our Civil Enforcement Officers (also known as Traffic Wardens or Parking Attendants), you’ll help keep streets safe, accessible, and fair for everyone. Every day is varied and engaging, and you’ll need accountability, sound judgement, and strong outdoor resilience while supporting the public and contributing to community welfare.
Responsibilities
- Patrol streets and car parks with confidence and professionalism
- Provide clear, helpful guidance to the public, including safe parking advice
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, standing for extended periods
- Issue notices when necessary to encourage fair and safe parking
- Ensure traffic remains moving and neighbourhoods stay accessible
- Report issues such as abandoned vehicles or blocked access points
- Collaborate with local authorities and councils
- Operate with integrity, contributing to a safer, more welcoming community

Requirements
This Civil Enforcement Officer role suits candidates who:
