As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you'll be part of a dedicated team helping to keep our car parks safe, accessible, and running smoothly. You'll play an important role in supporting residents, businesses, and visitors by providing advice, ensuring parking regulations are followed, and helping to create a welcoming environment for everyone.

What you'll be doing:
- Patrolling council car parks and parking areas
- Providing advice and assistance to motorists and members of the public
- Supporting accessible parking by monitoring Blue Badge bays
- Helping maintain fair access to limited waiting spaces
- Acting as a friendly ambassador for the local area
- Issuing Penalty Charge Notices where necessary and accurately recording evidence using handheld technology

- Confidence working independently outdoors in all weather
- Good attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions
- A passion for helping your community

Working pattern:
This role operates on a 4-week rota, including:
- Every other Saturday
- One Sunday per month
- One Bank Holiday per year
