About The Role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer passionate about building resilient, sustainable infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that make a real difference to communities.
As a Civil Engineer, you will work on diverse infrastructure and development projects, contributing to all stages—from design and feasibility through to construction support. You’ll be relied upon to create creative and practical solutions.
Responsibilities
You will principally be involved in:
- Preparing detailed civil engineering designs and technical reports.
- Conducting site assessments, feasibility studies, and planning support.
- Utilising industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroDrainage) to produce high-quality drawings and models.
- Collaborating with other disciplines, consultants, and contractors.
- Ensuring all work meets regulations, technical standards, and safety guidelines.
- Supporting project managers and senior engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Membership of ICE (Institution of Civil Engineers) or IStructE (Institution of Structural Engineers), with a focus on progressing towards professional membership.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical:
- Commitment to engaging actively in our employee-owned culture.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalents.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and precision.
