Our culture thrives on collaboration, innovation, and inclusion, offering hybrid working flexibility, career growth opportunities, and employee ownership incentives—because our success is tied to our people’s success.

About the Business Unit (Transport)

We specialise in conceiving, designing, and implementing transport solutions worldwide—from business case preparation, procurement strategy, to full infrastructure delivery, maintenance, and performance optimisation. Our work spans:

  • Planning & engineering – Designing resilience into every asset
  • Environmental compliance – Ensuring projects meet regulatory standards
  • Operational efficiency – Digital tools to maximise asset performance
  • Sustainability – Accelerating Net Zero through smarter infrastructure

We’re currently strategising the Global Transport Sector Strategy, aiming to set new benchmarks in digital project delivery.

The Role: Information Management Data Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and analytical-minded Civil Engineer to join our fast-growing Information & Knowledge Management team. Your work will revolutionise digital project delivery by leveraging data-driven insights across our major projects—primarily in transport (UK and North America).

Key Purpose

You’ll be at the forefront of advanced data solutions, driving efficiency in project delivery by narrowing the gap between physical and digital infrastructure. Your focus will be on helping clients fulfil their objectives, whether it’s Net Zero aspirations or tight programme milestones.

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Collaborating with engineers, technologists, and digital consultants to design and implement smart data systems
  • Developing decision-making tools that extrapolate and visualise value from project data
  • Identifying and deploying the latest technologies (e.g., AI, modelling, automation) to optimise workflows
  • Ensuring robust version control, audit trails, and quality processes
  • Communicating complex findings to both expert and non-expert stakeholders (stakeholder reports, visual demos, presentations)
  • Scaling impact through change management principles across large project teams

A critical part of your role? Breaking down silos and fostering cross-disciplinary exchange to improve project outcomes and societies’ infrastructure sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
