About the Role

Osprey Engineering Solutions are currently working with a multidisciplinary engineering design company. They’re looking for a highly experienced Civil Engineer with advanced expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), structural design, and architectural coordination to join their UK team. This is a senior, client-facing position that combines technical leadership with business development responsibility.

You'll engage directly with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers across the UK and Europe — translating complex architectural and BIM requirements into actionable project deliverables, leading pre-contract discussions, and contributing to winning new projects for their UK business.

Key Responsibilities

⭐ Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Engage with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers across the UK and Europe to understand BIM and architectural design requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and capability documents to prospective clients.
  • Build long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts, driving repeat business and client satisfaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
