We are excited to continue our growth journey in Northern Ireland and have ambitious plans for expansion in 2026 and beyond. We are delighted to continue our work on Northern Ireland Water’s IF182 Professional Services Framework, and to support our growth, we have relocated to a new city-centre office in Belfast.
With an exciting pipeline of work and the scale of opportunity across the AMP8 cycle in the UK—including supporting Southern Water—we are seeking Civil Engineers at all levels with experience in the water/wastewater industry to join us.
As well as delivering work locally, you will have the opportunity to support Southern Water’s AMP8 Professional Services Framework, helping to deliver vital resilience and improvement schemes across the South of England. This includes identifying and designing nature-based solutions to:
- Improve water quality
- Reduce overflows
- Boost biodiversity
- Lead best practices in hydraulic modelling, water recycling, and digital innovation
In This Role, You’ll
- Develop technical solutions and provide expert advice to clients
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure first-class project delivery

About You
- Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent) and some experience working within the regulated water industry
- Qualification:
- Have or working towards chartered status (e.g., ICE, IEI, CIWEM)
- ** experiência**: Strong knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure, networks, and treatment
- Desired: Ideally, experience in areas including:
- Clean Water and Wastewater Treatment
- Trunk Mains and Large Diameter Pipeline Design
- Leadership Potential: Experience of mentoring or leading more junior Civil Engineers or technical professionals towards holistic technical outcomes
- Passion and Values: Embody client focus and service excellence, with a passion for making a lasting impact in the water sector
