Leading Hand and Foreman - Over 55's Estate Project
We’re looking for an experienced Leading Hand and Foreman to join our existing team working on an over 55's estate project in Parkhurst. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the success of our initial project in the region while also driving growth as we continue to secure and deliver more projects in the region.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing daily site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency
- Managing personnel and subcontractors to meet project milestones
- Maintaining compliance with construction plans and project specifications
- Promoting a positive, solutions-driven team culture
- Ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
About You
- Demonstrated experience as a Leading hand or Foreman, ideally working across subdivision projects or similar.
- Experience in Bulk earthworks, civils and roadworks
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- Various plant machinery tickets will be highly regarded
- Strong commitment to Quality and Safety standards
