Job Title: Civil Litigation Solicitor
PQE Required: NQ+
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: Up to £55,000 DOE

The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a well-established specialist litigation practice. Working as part of an experienced team, you will manage a varied caseload of credit hire matters, advising clients from instruction through to resolution. You will handle a broad range of litigated and pre-litigated claims, working closely with colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice and achieve the best possible outcomes for clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise within a firm renowned for its specialist civil litigation offering.

The Candidate

  • Applications are welcomed from Solicitors from NQ level upwards with experience handling credit hire matters.
  • You will possess a sound understanding of the litigation process together with strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload or ready to take the next step with the support of an experienced team.
  • You will be organised, commercially aware, and committed to delivering exceptional levels of client service.
  • Experience of motor claims, personal injury, or insurance litigation would be advantageous.
