Litigation Solicitor
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm for a Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding Litigation department on a permanent basis.
📍 Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working)
💰 Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
📄 Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Responsibilities as a Litigation Solicitor
- Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Advising clients on a range of disputes, including contractual disputes, debt recovery, property litigation and general commercial litigation.
- Drafting legal documents, witness statements and court applications.
- Conducting negotiations and representing clients throughout the litigation process.
- Instructing counsel and attending hearings where appropriate.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an excellent standard of legal advice and client care.
- Supporting the continued growth and development of the Litigation department through business development activities.
