About the Role
Design legally realistic scenarios, including motions, discovery, depositions, briefs, and case strategy, based on your litigation experience. Collaborate on token-grade support for AI agents to compile cases, craft concise written reports, and identify critical elements from complex contracts, laws, or depositions.
Responsibilities
- Write "golden" reference responses at attorney-level quality to enhance model training.
- Identify key facts, legal arguments, and outcomes from real cases for the AI dataset.
- Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics to ensure alignment with legal standards.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to improve model performance and reasoning.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions to maintain quality and consistency.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1–4 years of professional experience in civil litigation at a law firm, government agency, or legal department.
- Hold a J.D. (U.S.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the U.S.
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred
- Experience with e-discovery (e.g., Relativity, document coding, privilege review).
- Appellate or trial experience.
- Familiarity with case management software.
