About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Agent to join a globally recognised infrastructure company delivering a water project in London.
Our client is a leading international organisation operating across more than 40 countries, specialising in the development of major infrastructure that creates a positive environmental and social impact. The role involves managing the day-to-day site operations for their assigned package, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and coordinate engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Plan and monitor construction works, adjusting schedules to minimise delays.
- Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained across all site activities.
- Manage labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve programme targets.
- Resolve technical issues, review drawings, and coordinate design changes where required.
- Maintain accurate site records, monitor progress, and communicate updates with project teams and clients.
