Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Structural Engineer based in Weston-Super-Mare with some opportunities for remote work. The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing civil structures, performing structural analysis, and managing civil engineering projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and preparing detailed plans and reports.

Qualifications
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills
- Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering skills
- Project Management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in local government or public sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
