Purpose of the position

As Civil Work Engineer you will perform technical design, verification, and checking activities under the guidance of the Civil and Structural Lead, while coordinating with Project Specialists and Designers to ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

How will you support us?

Here below your responsibilities:

  • Ensure the assigned goals achievement and the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements
  • Prepare detailed BOQ for civil works and buildings and MTO for steel structure adopting 3D model tools
  • Prepare documentation for technical annexes for engineering activities subcontracting
  • Develop drain water, sewage system layout, plumbing system inside buildings
  • Develop studies for foundations and concrete structures
  • Ensure proper quality checks of all Discipline project documents including Vendors documents
  • Verify structural BIM model, in line with OpenBIM updated Best Practices, Projects requirements, level of information needed, and foreseen BIM uses
  • Supervise/Approve engineering design and construction drawings of civil items related to foundations, concrete structures and buildings
  • Implement discipline follow-up activities
  • Provide support field engineering at site

What are we looking for?

Experience: A proven experience operating as Civil work Engineer in Oil & Gas and Energy project.

Education: BSc Civil Engineering

Certifications: BIM coordinator

Technical Skills: Eurocode

IT Skills: Proficient in Office 365, specifically Excel, Mat 3D, Foundation 3D, SP3D, Naviswork
