We're assembling a team of forward-thinking professionals who will drive delivery on the Civil Works Alliance (CWA) and ensure the success of this nationally critical development.

What We're Looking For

We're inviting expressions of interest from professionals across the following roles:

  • Project Managers: Drive engineering and procurement delivery for contracts up to £50M. Manage end-to-end lifecycle from strategy to execution.
  • Construction Engineers: Oversee site-based delivery of complex civil works.
  • Structural Engineers: Contribute to design, planning, and execution of reinforced concrete and structural components.
  • Setting Out Engineers: Support precision civil works, layout, and construction phase execution.

Your Core Mission

As part of the team, you may be responsible for:

  • Delivering engineering work packages and contract strategies aligned with the replication of Hinkley Point C (HPC) designs.
  • Managing the technical elements of procurement and engaging early with suppliers.
  • Coordinating complex internal and external interfaces across design, engineering, and delivery.
  • Contributing to contract formation, change control, risk management, and commissioning planning.

✅ What You'll Need

Essential

  • Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
  • Chartered status or working towards it.
  • Proven experience in managing or delivering large-scale engineering or construction projects.
  • Strong interface, stakeholder, and procurement management experience.
  • Understanding of safety, quality, cost, and risk in complex environments.

Desirable

  • Background in nuclear or major infrastructure projects.
  • Project Management certifications (APM, PMP, etc.)
  • Experience in managing EPC/EPCM contracts.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work in a high-regulation environment.
