Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer - Join a Growing Engineering Team
We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer to join a leading engineering and construction organisation based in Newcastle. This role will play a critical part in supporting major infrastructure and construction projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review technical designs, specifications and tender documentation.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and value engineering exercises.
- Collaborate with design, commercial and project delivery teams.
- Support bid submissions and pre-construction planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant UK standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Strong pre-construction, design coordination or bid support experience.
- Knowledge of infrastructure, industrial or commercial construction projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
