  • Supporting the pre-construction and bid teams on major civil and structural construction projects.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation during tender and pre-construction phases.
  • Assisting with buildability reviews, value engineering and construction methodologies.
  • Supporting programme development, procurement planning and project risk assessments.
  • Coordinating with design, estimating, commercial and project delivery teams to develop competitive technical solutions.
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout the pre-construction process.
  • Ensuring technical submissions are compliant, accurate and commercially competitive.

As A Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer You Will Have

  • Previous experience as a Civil/Structural Pre-Construction Engineer, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, Design Engineer or Project Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of civil and structural engineering principles within major construction projects.
  • Experience within data centres, industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, commercial or other large-scale construction environments.
  • Excellent technical, planning and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across design, commercial and operational teams.
  • Full right to work in the UK.
