Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) or Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP)
Band 7 - As And When Required - Bank Flow Navigation Centre, ARI
An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Band 7 ANPs/ACPs to join the Flow Navigation Centre (FNC) on the bank. We are seeking motivated clinicians, already experienced in working within FNCs, who can deliver:
- Safe autonomous assessment
- Effective clinical decision-making
- Patient flow management in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be expected to:
- Work collaboratively across the multidisciplinary team
- Support timely patient navigation and escalation
- Contribute positively to service delivery
- Step into the role with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, confidence, and experienced-based autonomy
Essential Criteria
- NMC/HCPC registration is mandatory for this post.
Desirable Traits
- Established experience in Flow Navigation Centres is a priority.
- Confidence in high-impact decision-making with minimal guidance.
