Optimum Claims is a specialist Lloyd's and London Market claims provider, delivering delegated claims handling and flexible resource solutions to insurers and managing agents.
We act as an extension of our clients' claims teams, providing experienced adjusters across a broad range of classes of business, from short-term resource support through to fully outsourced claims handling. Our focus is simple: technical excellence, responsive service and long-term partnerships.

Working in a hybrid environment, you'll manage delegated claims on behalf of leading Lloyd's and London Market insurers, handling claims from first notification through to settlement. You'll work closely with insurers, brokers and other stakeholders, ensuring claims are handled efficiently, fairly and in line with client requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of three years' claims adjusting experience within the Lloyd's and/or London Market.
- Experience handling claims in one or more of the following classes: Reinsurance, Financial Lines, Property, Marine or Energy.
- Strong technical claims knowledge with the ability to interpret policy wordings.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver a high standard of service.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- CII qualifications (or working towards them) would be an advantage.
