What you’ll be doing
As a Claims Adjuster in the Marine team, you’ll:
- Handle a mix of standard and complex claims, primarily focusing on Cargo and Marine Liability.
- Support reporting on loss ratios.
- Collaborate with underwriters.
- Work closely with brokers and third parties to resolve claims in line with company strategy and compliance standards.

We’re located in the Leadenhall Building on Leadenhall Street (EC3V 4AB), situated on floors 17–18 and 39. All floors are accessible by lift, and building staff are on hand to guide you.
