The Opportunity
This role gives you the chance to bring your proven track record for handling professional indemnity / errors and omissions (PI / E&O) claims into a Multinational Team, contributing your knowledge to a diverse and collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to develop wider multinational claims knowledge, building a broader understanding of how PI / E&O operates across different markets.
Your New Role
In this role, you will use your PI / E&O experience to manage a dedicated caseload for a diverse portfolio of Multinational customers, predominantly focused on large global law firms and international construction consultancies, with claims values up to £500,000. You will efficiently manage these claims while partnering with colleagues and stakeholders around the globe. You'll also have oversight and authority over claims managed by our network of local offices internationally.
Main Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage a personal caseload, ensuring all claims are progressed efficiently and in line with internal and regulatory standards.
- Apply PI / E&O expertise to proactively assess, validate, and resolve claims accurately, using sound judgement and clear decision rationale.
- Act as the Multinational team’s subject matter expert on PI / E&O and liaison with the Financial & Specialty Markets Complex Claims team, providing guidance, clarification, and support on complex PI / E&O queries.
- Develop the team’s knowledge of PI / E&O by sharing best practice, coaching colleagues, and contributing to training or upskilling activity.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to provide updates, gather information, and support positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all actions are fully captured within the relevant systems.
- Identify risks or issues within claims and escalate appropriately to protect customers and the business.
- Contribute to team performance by supporting colleagues, sharing knowledge, and participating in continuous improvement activity.
- Expand technical capability by gradually taking on claims from additional lines of business as part of your development.
- Uphold service standards by meeting agreed timescales, quality expectations, and customer experience measures.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
