Role Overview

Strata Solicitors is looking for a Claims Administrator to join their team based in Blisworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a long-term office-based career. No previous insurance experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide administrative support to the claims handling function, helping ensure claims are set up accurately, records are maintained, and clients receive a high level of service. You’ll gain valuable knowledge of the claims process and have genuine opportunities to progress your career within the business.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with a one hour lunch break.


How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Open new claims on the case management system and carry out initial enquiries
  • Speak with clients, third parties, and insurance companies by telephone
  • Support claims handlers with a variety of administrative tasks
  • Update and maintain accurate claim records and documentation
  • Ensure client service standards and key performance indicators are met
  • Assist with reporting and general data entry duties
  • Prioritise your workload and manage tasks efficiently
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider claims team

About You

  • GCSE English Language, Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic IT and typing skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently whilst also contributing to a team environment
  • Keen to develop a long-term career with genuine progression opportunities
