About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Claims Administrator to join our expanding team on a fixed-term contract. As part of this role, you’ll be central to the claims journey, supporting customers affected by road traffic incidents while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently, accurately, and with care.

Your work will centre on supporting customers through the entire claims process, ensuring thorough handling aligned with our internal guidelines.


Responsibilities

  • Managing First Notification of Loss (FNOL) and accurately recording claim details
  • Guiding customers involved in road traffic incidents with empathy and professionalism
  • Reviewing and processing windscreen claims in line with policies and procedures
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to advance claims smoothly
  • Proactively resolving customer issues to maintain a positive service experience
  • Contributing to performance targets and service standards through high-quality work

Requirements

  • Strong preference given to candidates who are helpful, organised, and able to manage work under paced environments
  • Exceptional communication skills for both phone and email interactions
  • A customer-focused mindset with an ability to remain calm, empathetic, and supportive
  • Confidence in systems and IT software, with a quick adaptability to new technology
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A positive, self-motivated attitude to stimulus and workload
  • Clear ability to prioritise tasks and effectively manage workloads
  • Interest in establishing a career in insurance or claims handling
