Job Description: Claims Administrator
Location: Crewe, Onsite
What This Role Is All About
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Do you have an eye for detail and a commitment to getting things right first time? If so, a career as a Claims Administrator at Likewize could be the perfect fit for you.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, providing high-quality support to customers making mobile insurance claims. You’ll respond to requests for assistance, clearly explain programme details, and expertly manage queries through the claims fulfilment process. This will all be within a dynamic call centre environment and on behalf of our valued clients.
Likewize is authorised by the FCA which means that we must meet a range of requirements, standards and rules. If we don’t all work to meet these standards the FCA have a range of enforcement powers they can use to protect consumers and act against firms and individuals. Those enforcement powers include imposing financial penalties or prohibiting individuals from carrying out regulated activities.
Your Key Areas of Focus
- Be a trusted expert, providing clear, accurate information to customers whenever they need support
- Manage and process mobile insurance claims efficiently and accurately, ensuring a smooth customer journey
- Confidently recognise and respond to vulnerable customers with care and professionalism
- Deliver outstanding customer service across multiple channels, including inbound calls and email communications
- Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A natural customer-focused approach, with the confidence to adapt your style to suit different personalities and situation
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and hold engaging, professional conversation
- Excellent organisational skills, enabling you to multitask, prioritise effectively, and manage your time in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy, with the confidence to work across multiple systems and programmes simultaneously

Where We Work
Our UK Head office is located less than two miles from the centre of Crewe, making it an easy and convenient commute. Crewe train station is just a 20-minute walk away, and for those who prefer to drive, there’s a large free on-site car park available.
Once you’re here, you’ll also find plenty of added perks. Paying for a gym membership? You can cancel it when you join us, as our Crewe office has a free on-site gym, open seven days a week.
