We're recruiting for a well established and growing insurance brokerage that is passionate about investing in its people. The Role
As a Claims Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them through the claims process and ensuring they receive a professional, empathetic, and efficient service from start to finish. Working alongside an experienced team, you'll liaise with insurers, clients, and third parties while developing your knowledge and progressing your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage claims from initial notification through to settlement
- Build positive relationships with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and third parties
- Keep customers informed throughout the claims journey, providing outstanding service at every stage
- Ensure claim records and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Negotiate and progress claims efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver the best possible customer experience

About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous claims handling experience or comes from a strong customer service background with a genuine interest in building a career within insurance
- Is bubbly, personable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people
- Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn and develop new skills
- Is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships
- Works well as part of a supportive team and enjoys a collaborative environment
