What you’ll be doing:
You’ll take ownership of your own portfolio of claims from first notification through to settlement, including:
- Managing a mixed caseload of low-value injury (EL/PL) and property damage claims
- Investigating claims, reviewing policy coverage and making fair, informed decisions
- Working closely with policyholders, brokers and loss adjusters
- Building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer outcomes
- Prioritising workloads and progressing claims efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to continuous improvement and team projects

You’ll manage a varied portfolio, combining high-volume, low-touch liability claims with more hands-on property cases
What we’re looking for:
We’re open-minded on background, what matters most is your potential.
You might come from:
- Insurance claims, underwriting, broking or operations
- Property or liability claims
- Customer-focused roles within insurance
- A legal or academic background (e.g. law graduate)
You’ll bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with customers
- A genuine desire to learn and build a long-term career
