Commercial Claims Handler

Are you an experienced Commercial Claims Handler looking for your next challenge?
We're working with a well-established and highly respected insurance broker near Winchester that is looking to add an experienced Claims Handler to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely values its people, offers flexibility through hybrid working, and provides the chance to manage a varied and interesting portfolio of commercial claims from start to finish.
The Role
You'll be responsible for handling a broad range of commercial insurance claims on a cradle-to-grave basis, acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the claims journey. You'll liaise with insurers, loss adjusters and other stakeholders to ensure claims are progressed efficiently while delivering an outstanding level of customer service.

Responsibilities
- Manage commercial insurance claims from first notification through to settlement.
- Provide clear advice and support to clients throughout the claims process.
- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, solicitors and other third parties.
- Negotiate settlements and ensure claims are resolved as efficiently as possible.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Build strong relationships with both clients and insurer partners.
About You
- Previous experience handling commercial insurance claims.
- Strong knowledge of the claims process from cradle to grave.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organised with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- A proactive approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
