Claims Operations Analyst
An established specialist insurer is looking to hire a Claims Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day running of its claims function within a London Market environment.
This role offers excellent exposure to claims systems, Lloyd's and regulatory reporting, operational controls and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone looking to deepen their claims operations expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting claims processing and maintaining accurate data across Sequel Claims and BLUW
- Producing claims information, reports and supporting documentation for internal stakeholders
- Supporting Lloyd's, Solvency II and other regulatory returns within agreed deadlines
- Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes and audit activity
- Contributing to ongoing data validation, process improvement and operational controls

The Successful Candidate
- Experience in claims operations, claims handling or insurance operations
- Knowledge of the Lloyd's, London Market or specialty insurance environment
- Experience working with claims systems (Sequel, BLUW, Gemini or similar advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and reporting
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
