Claims Settlement Advisors – Bedford, MK44 3JZ
We're recruiting Claims Settlement Advisors to our team.
Our Claims Settlement Advisors manage total loss motor claims and deliver an outstanding customer service experience. As part of the Claims Settlement Team, you will negotiate and settle total loss motor vehicle claims on behalf of our insurance partners.
Salary: £28,976 per annum
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently enhancing customer experience to meet the highest standards for both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining top-tier service delivery standards
- Ensuring accurate and timely execution of all claims settlement processes
- Building strong relationships with customers while owning the customer journey
- Achieving and sustaining high productivity levels
- Promoting teamwork and supporting colleagues as needed
- Sharing innovative ideas to enhance our services and maintaining a positive professional demeanour
- Performing any additional duties as requested by your line manager
