We're recruiting full time office based Claims Settlement Advisors to join our team, at our office in Bedford, MK44 3JZ.

Our Claims Settlement Advisors manage total loss motor claims and provide a best-in-class customer service experience. The Claims Settlement Team assist with negotiating and settling total loss motor vehicle claims directly with policy holders, on behalf of our insurance partners.

The salary for this position is £28,976 per annum.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Consistently improving upon and delivering a Customer Experience to the highest standards to both our internal and external customers
  • Delivering a customer experience to the highest standards
  • Meeting the required quality standards, to ensure operational excellence
  • To ensure that all parts of the claim’s settlement process are carried out accurately and in a timely manner
  • Build rapport with internal and external customers and take ownership for the customer journey
  • Ensure a strong and consistent level of productivity is achieved
  • Promote good teamwork and performance by supporting other team members when required
  • Sharing new ideas to improve our service and demonstrating a positive demeanour at all times
  • Such other duties as requested by your line manager

  • Microsoft office skills (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Desirable

  • Previous experience of working within motor claim management
  • Working in a Call Centre environment
  • Examples of continuous learning and personal development
  • Basic knowledge of motor vehicles
