DUKE Distribution is looking for Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our growing team.
Whether you're an experienced tramper or you've recently passed your Class 1 test, we'd love to hear from you.
If you're newly qualified and looking for your first opportunity, we welcome your application. We're happy to support drivers who are keen to learn, develop their skills, and build a long-term career with us.
What You'll Be Doing
- Nationwide deliveries and collections
- Monday to Friday tramping (typically 4 nights out per week)
- Operating a modern fleet across a varied workload
- Working with curtain siders, flatbeds, and step frame trailers
- Optional weekend work available for additional earnings

What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £55,000–£65,000 per year
- £14.50–£15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- £21.00 per hour for optional weekend work
- £30 night out allowance
- Weekly compliance bonus
- Damage reduction bonus
- Additional payments for step frame and Moffett work
- 28 days' paid holiday, increasing with length of service

What We're Looking For
- Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Driver CPC
- Digital tachograph card
- Willingness to work away during the week
- Professional attitude and good communication skills

No tramping experience? No problem. If you've recently gained your Class 1 licence and are eager to get started, we'll consider applications from newly qualified drivers who demonstrate the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Moffett or IPAF qualifications are an advantage but are not essential. Training may be available for suitable candidates.
