Job Details
- Contract Type: Permanent (40 hours per week)
- Workdays: Monday to Friday
- Shift Pattern: 11:00 – 19:45 (4 hours 45 mins + break)
Core Responsibilities

Route Execution
Successfully handle multi-drop collections and deliveries in your local area, meeting time-sensitive deadlines and following delivery schedules.

Service Excellence
Ensure strict adherence to time-critical scheduling, upholding DPD’s standards for world-class service.

Compliance & Reporting
Maintain meticulous digital journey records for compliance with tachograph regulations, digital tachographs, and transport laws.

Freight Management
Safely load/unload trailers while ensuring the freight’s integrity and security during transit.

Brand Representation
Act as a professional ambassador for DPD, demonstrating flexibility, problem-solving, and a positive corporate image in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements
What You Bring:
- License: Valid UK driving licence and CE entitlement (Class 1)
- Experience: At least 6 months operating LGV C+E vehicles
- Certifications:
- A current CPC card
- A valid digital tachograph card
- Essential Traits:
- Reliable and safety-conscious
- Aligns with DPD’s core values: Passion, Respect & Accountability
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
