Class 1 Drivers – Hoddesdon Depot
We are seeking Class 1 Drivers to join our Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution team at our Hoddesdon Depot.
This is a permanent, full-time role offering: ✔ Flexibility ✔ Modern vehicles ✔ No overnight stays
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly rate: £17.30 – £28.42 (dependent on shift)
- Overtime: £19.46 per hour
- Sign-on bonus: £500 after a 12-week probation period
- Pay: Monthly
- Holidays: 33 days (increasing with service)

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver milk products to stores and regional distribution centres within the M25 (including Greater London)
- Ensure safety, perform vehicle checks, plan optimal routes
- Uphold professionalism and represent Müller as the face of their business
- Aid in loading/unloading trolleys
Requirements
✅ Must hold a Class 1 HGV Licence (LGV Cat C+E) ✅ Must hold CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) and have a digital card ✅ Must have max 6 minor licence points and no serious convictions ✅ Multi-drop Class 1 experience is preferred but not essential ✅ Must be physically fit enough for loading/unloading tasks ✅ Must be reliable, self-motivated, and a strong team player
