The Role
Are you an HGV Class 1 driver tired of unpredictable shifts? Do you want the security of a full-time, permanent role with guaranteed hours? Look no further!
At XPO, we’re looking to support experienced HGV rear wheel drivers to join our Day Shifts at our Hatfield depot.

What You’ll Do
On a typical day, you’ll be responsible for:
- Making 8-12 retailer deliveries across Central London and the South-east
- Working a consistent Monday to Friday shift from 6am–7pm, with a dedicated start time each day
- Delivering dairy products via tail lifts or loading bays

Pay & Benefits
In return for your commitment, we offer:
- Competitive rates:
- £19.98/hour (Monday to Friday)
- £23.62/hour (Saturdays)
- £27.25/hour (Sundays)
- Unsocial hour top-ups:
- £1.21 extra (Mo-Sat 12am–6am)
- £2.42 extra (Su into Mon 12am–6am)

Requirements
To succeed as an XPO Driver, you’ll need:
- A driving license with no more than 6 points
- Up-to-date CPC and digital tacho card
- No disqualifying endorsements (DD/DR points)
