Job Description
💷 What You’ll Earn
- £44,252 basic salary
- OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
- Shift premiums:
- £10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)
- £15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
- Weekend premiums:
- £1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays
- £2,060/year for both
- Compensation paid after 11 hours
- Night out allowance
- Overtime available if you want extra shifts

🚚 The Role
- You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best-known brands:
- Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
- Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
- Regular trunking between Culina group sites
- Minimal handball
- Occasional nights out
- Shift pattern: 5 on / 3 off — giving you better work-life balance.
