Job Purpose
We are looking for a Class 1 HGV ADR Bulk Driver to join our team based at our Ipswich Plant, transporting waste oils safely between plants, depots, and customer sites while promoting the Slicker workplace values. We are Smart, Honest, and Reliable, working Together while having Fun.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Driving Class 1 heavy goods vehicles safely and professionally.
- Collecting and delivering waste oils in line with transport schedules and operational requirements.
- Completing environmental and delivery paperwork accurately.
- Carrying out daily defect reporting and supporting vehicle maintenance standards.
- Following company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times.
- Representing Slicker professionally when dealing with customers, colleagues, and members of the public.

Role Requirements
- Flexible and willing to work longer hours during busy periods, with occasional overnight stays from Monday to Thursday.
- Confident engaging with colleagues and customers, with a positive approach to customer service.
- Organised and able to complete planned work safely and efficiently.
- Resilient and able to thrive in a demanding, hands-on role.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including manual handling where required.
- Reliable, team-focused, and able to work unsupervised when required.
Licences / Qualifications
- HGV Class C+E (Class 1) Licence - Required
- ADR Licence - Desirable
Hours and Pay
- Standard hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Overtime available.
- Basic salary: £41,007.33 pa
- OTE: £60,000 pa, including basic salary and overtime.
