We’re looking for permanent staff to join our transport team in Motherwell.

AM shifts work on a 5 over 7 shift pattern, PM shifts work on a 4 over 7 shift pattern, including some weekend working.

Immediate start available

Salary:

Base rate (between the hours 06:00-22:00)

  • Monday - Friday £17.36ph
  • Saturday £19.85ph
  • Sunday £22.40ph

Base rate (between the hours 22:00-06:00)

  • Friday Night rate: £22.40ph
  • Saturday Night rate: £25.40ph
  • Sunday - Thursday Night rate: £19.85ph

About the role:

You’ll be a part of our critical operation transporting clothing and homeware products to our distribution centres and stores in the UK.

Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC.

Skills & Behaviours Required:

  • Customer focused and passionate about providing amazing service to our Customers. The Customer is the heart of everything we do at Next.
  • Respectful towards colleagues, equipment and product. Respect matters, regardless of position.
  • Licence requirements Class 1 C+E and CPC card.
  • Maximum of 6 points on licence.
  • No DR related penalty points/convictions.
  • At least 1 year of Class 1 driving experience.
