We’re looking for permanent staff to join our transport team in Hemel. AM shifts work on a 5 over 7 shift pattern, including some weekend working. Immediate start available Salary: Base rate (between the hours 06:00-22:00) Monday - Friday £17.36ph Saturday £19.85ph Sunday £22.40ph Base rate (between the hours 22:00-06:00) Friday Night rate: £22.40ph Saturday Night rate: £25.40ph Sunday - Thursday Night rate: £19.85ph About the role: You’ll be a part of our critical operation transporting clothing and homeware products to our distribution centres and stores in the UK. Successful applicants will receive 2 days of training from a Driver Development Coach (DDC) and will be aligned to a Manager to provide any additional support required outside of their training alongside any support provided by the DDC. Skills & Behaviours Required: “Safety First” mindset, where nothing is placed over the safety of yourself, the public or your colleagues. Customer focused and passionate about providing amazing service to our Customers. The Customer is the heart of everything we do at Next. Respectful towards colleagues, equipment and product. Respect matters, regardless of position. Licence requirements Class 1 C+E and CPC card. Maximum of 6 points on licence. No DR related penalty points/convictions. At least 1 year of Class 1 driving experience. Please note: Certain roles within our organisation are subject to DBS and credit checks.
